Welcome to Eduport (also referred to as the “Eduport Learning App”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our mobile application, and related services (collectively, the “Services”) provided by Eduport Academy Private Limited (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By accessing or using the Services, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue your use of the Services.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use Eduport Learning App. If you are under 18, you must obtain the consent of a parent or legal guardian to use the services.
2. User Accounts
- You must log in using your mobile number and a one-time password (OTP) to access any features of Eduport Learning App.
- The mobile number you provide must be valid and belong to you. You are responsible for the security of your account.
- Do not share your OTP with anyone. Eduport Academy Private Limited is not liable for unauthorized access resulting from the sharing of login credentials.
- You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep it updated as necessary.
3. Subscription and Payments
- Some features and content may require payment or a subscription.
- By subscribing, you authorize Eduport to charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis unless you cancel before the end of the billing cycle.
- No refunds will be issued for partial billing cycles or unused content.
4. Intellectual Property
- All content including but not limited to video lessons, images, text, graphics, and software, is the intellectual property of Eduport Academy Private Limited or its licensors.
- You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or modify any content without prior written permission.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the app for any unlawful, abusive, or harmful purpose.
- Share, sell, or transfer your account access to others.
- Attempt to hack, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to the app or other accounts.
6. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Eduport Learning App at any time, without notice, if you violate these Terms or engage in harmful or disruptive conduct.
7. Disclaimer
- Eduport Learning App is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
- We do not guarantee that the content will be error-free, uninterrupted, or suitable for your learning objectives.
- We are not liable for any learning outcomes, exam performance, or loss resulting from reliance on the app’s content.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Eduport shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use or inability to use the app.
9. Privacy Policy
Our collection and use of your personal data are governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the app, you consent to our data practices as outlined in that policy.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated via the app or email. Continued use after updates constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Kerala, Republic of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes, claims, or legal proceedings arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Kozhikode, Kerala, and you hereby irrevocably consent to the same.
13. Refund Policy
Refunds for paid courses are available only on a course-specific basis. If you are dissatisfied with a course or encounter issues, you may be eligible for a refund as per the course’s individual refund policy. Each course may have different terms for refunds, which will be outlined during the course purchase process.
