Responsibilities;
- Review and evaluate mentor-mentee calls to ensure that established communication guidelines are followed.
- Give mentors constructive feedback on communication skills, mentoring guidelines adherence, and overall effectiveness.
- Collaborate with the Mentorship Department to identify areas for improvement .
- Keep accurate call audit records and track progress over time.
