Responsibilities;
1.Review and evaluate mentor-mentee calls to ensure that established communication guidelines are followed.
2. Give mentors constructive feedback on communication skills, mentoring guidelines adherence, and overall effectiveness.
3. Collaborate with the Mentorship Department to identify areas for improvement .
4. Keep accurate call audit records and track progress over time.
